Well, it has been a few weeks since I started eating Trim Healthy Mama (thm) style. It has been wonderful!
The food is delicious and very easy to prepare. I have noticed that when I don’t eat this type of food I feel bloated and yucky!
The best part is the kids and I eat the same meals with some slight alterations. The kids have loved every meal as well.
I have lost 10 pounds but would like to say, I am not making this about weight loss. Also, since I have so much to lose it will come off a little faster at the beginning. John is also eating this way and loves it! We feel so much better. I no longer have overwhelming cravings. Sugar is not desired or craved. Soda has gone by the wayside. I still like soda I just don’t crave it. My blood sugar stays at an even level all day long. I do still get tired in the afternoon but I think that is more from being up with my little kids during the night. I used to be exhausted, not the case anymore (again, unless I am up often during the night).
