I am not going to share eery single day. I thought this was noteworthy.
I got up this morning and my quads hurt!!! Walking up and down stairs is a reminder I used my muscles.
I am being slightly melodramatic they don’t hurt. They are just uncomfortable.
I have already noticed something about exercising. I feel good. I feel like I accomplished something. I feel more confident. I know nothing has really changed except the levels of endorphins. It is awesome! Monday was a total cardio, today was upqper body, tomorrow is Pilates. Woohoo!
I hope I can still move this week.
